I’m still not quite sure what I think about the pawpaw, but I sure do like photographing the festival.

First football game of the new school year. OU won 33-10 and because OU got more than 21 points, my roomies and I got free crazy bread from Little Caesars on Monday. Yay free food for college students.

My first encounter down here with oiled animals. Luckily, these animals had been already found and captured for cleaning and releasing. The same day I shot this, though, Matt Stamey, ‘the boss man’, was shooting wild birds drenched in oil. We made a nice little photo gallery of the contrast between the drenched birds and the ones getting cleaned.

During my weekend of photographing the Manning family, Butterbean came into town to promote his son’s, Babybean, new fighting career.

The Manning’s put on their 15th football academy at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA.

First few days down south with a dirty nasty sensor… luckily, sensor is squeaky clean now. (Just in time for my weekend of covering the oil spill!)
